God Bless you,Don. When Norm, the Dog, recently gave me the news about you I was bummed over losing a teammate and a friend. However, I know you are with Our Lady, which is the right place for you.

To the Hogan, Conway families: Dawnie as I called him was so special to me and Colleen. He had all the qualities that made him a Saint and now he is in Heaven to allow those who passed before see all the greatness in this wonderful man. I will bake you a a Lemon Pie when I get there, Dawnie.

To the Hogan Family: I was so sorry to hear of the passing of Coach Hogan. He coached me in grammar school football and I considered him one of my mentors in life. Know that he will never be forgotten.

Carolyn and family my prayers go out to.

My prayers go out to the entire Hogan family. I got to see Don after many years at our St. Barnabas 50 year reunion this last September and shared some wonderful memories of our days with the nuns. It was good to see him smile and be with some of his long time friends, like Dick & Fritz. He fought a good fight which is a good example of the strong man he was.

To the Hogan Family: I'm sorry to learn of the passing of Don Hogan, my first football coach. He truly was an inspiration to my brother and myself. When I go to Calumet Park I still think of our football team and all the fun we had there. Sincerely, #50 -- Eddie Hayes.
