I came by the office today to pay my insurance and was absolutely shocked to find out that Don had passed. It has just been such a shock. He was such a gentleman and you all always took care of me and my insurance needs. I will miss the professionalism of everyone in the office. Mrs. Howard and family - my prayers are with you.
