Not sure what to say?

I didn't know Don for long, but something about his passion, his art, his humor felt like I had known him much longer. He dove in with love to learning about El Salvador and offered so many powerful insights. I didn't realize he had passed until today- when for reasons unknown I thought of him and his art and Marblehead. My condolences to his family, especially Bonnie who might not remember me but I remember her. Much love,

Sorry to hear Don passed, I first met him around 2005 and helped him promote his art. He was a unique and interesting man. R.I.P

I miss you, my friend, in bible study and in church. Your art adorns my walls, and your memory is in my heart. Much love to Bonnie and Laurence.

Don Howard was for me always a beloved friend, inspiration, favorite artist and dedicated fellow parishioner. He and his art will always be treasured in our home as well as museums we visit and in the memory of our years of friendship. Rest in Peace with eternal love from my daughter Joan and me.

Our deepest sympathy to Bonnie and the rest of Don's family. May the constant love and caring of friends soften your sadness, may cherished memories bring you moments of comfort, may lasting peace surround your heart. Don was a man who left the world a better and brighter place and he will be sorely missed by us all.

We love you. So much.

Yurate, Anna, Daiva, Gunnar, and Tristan

Don was one of the pivotal persons in my life. After working for him at Harbridge House, I was a better person, more mature, stronger, and motivated at making a contribution to those less fortunate than myself. I still refer to those years as the best in my life. I love him and shall never forget him. God Bless you both, Bonnie and Laurence. My deepest sympathies. Joan Barcza Hedrick

Rest in peace, my dear friend.

My deepest sympathy to Don's family which he cherished and was always first in his thoughts. Don was an extraordinary man of many talents and a kind and gentle soul who always made those around him smile with his quick wit and welcome smile. A unique and talented man, he will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him and spending time in his company.

Don was a talented and compassionate man who was very involved in his church and his faith. He was on the Board for Crispas in El Salvador at one time. I must be away this weekend and am so sorry not to be able to attend his services. My sympathy and prayers are with Bonnie and Laurence and all of his family. Nancy Ramsden
