Don was an expect witness for me in a
maritime case I tried in Multnomah County
Circuit Court in the late 1980s. Don was
an excellent witness, and even the trial
court judge, Irving Steinbock, commented
to me after the trial on Don's effective-
ness. I thoroughly enjoyed working with
Don,and was saddened to learn of his
passing.He was a fine man.
