Not sure what to say?

Don, I miss your beautiful and ornery smile and hugs. You were always there for me when I needed you most. I love you. Your sister, Carole

Remembering Don, so rich in friends, always fun in conversation, never failing to surprise with laughter, a master of casual intellect. Our family will miss him.

Don and I met in a sub shop in the summer of 1980. We became instant friends since we shared similar childhood memories, both military brats, high school in Hawaii, loved playing baseball and cherished our years living near the ocean. He became my drywall guy for my own home remodel and we worked with each other in later years in the construction field. My children knew him as Don the drywaller. We played softball together for years and had a lasting friendship that spanned almost 3 decades....

I will miss Don's warm smile and upbeat attitiude. He always had a way of making you feel welcome and good about yourself.
My condolences go out to his family...he will be missed by all..

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Jackson family.

I knew Don over 20 years as his insurance agent and friend. I saw him for the last time about a month ago. He was giving me a hard time about his insurance rates. (Which he always did!) I am thankful for that last long visit. He was a wonderful caring man and he will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends who loved him.

Don was a true friend for over 35 years, a kindred spirit, a mensch, a brother and, "a miner for a heart of gold." To Mr. and Ms. Jackson, Don's Sisters and Brother my deepest and heartfelt sympathy. What a rare joy it has been to know Don, and shared with him many of the wondrous days of our 20's and 30's- while tripping cheerily through the 1970's and 80's. He will be remembered well and missed by all who knew and loved him.

You were special to me, nephew Donald, and to my family. We will miss you.
