Dr Donald C. JONES

I am very sorry to hear the news. I was a close personal friend of Donald Jones Jr. from Saint Simon & Jude and knew Dr. Jones' son very well for 15 years, as well as the entire family. Dr. Jones was an exceptional man who commanded respect and had a special kind of patience and good judgment that is very rare in the modern world. He will be missed.

How sad I am to hear of Dr. Jones' passing. I am grateful he led a full and wonderful life after his well deserved retirement. Dr. Jones made weekly visits to my mom's house to lovingly care for my grandparents and all of the children. There was never another doctor like him. He was family to us. He'd rush upstairs, impeccably dressed and bursting with exuberance, go right over to my grandma's stove and lift all the lids to see what was cooking. He was generous with his hugs and genuine...
