Dear Fran, it is with sad hearts hearing about a very special person in our lives for many years. Just days previous to his passing we were coming through Dalton and since Joe O'Brian is gone, he was our informant about keeping tabs on Don. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Ducky sounds like one terrific guy. I am sorry I was not fortunate enough to know him.
Fran, we have not had much contact over the years, but I am so happy to know that you had such a wonderful husband. My deepest sympathy to you and your family.

Hawley Boro worked with Don on several community projects a number of years ago. He was a gentleman and well liked. Detailed and efficient were his work ethics. We appreciated his efforts.
