Beloved husband of the late Shirley, nee Massie; loving father of Michael (Angela) Kohl, Jeff (Ronya) Kohl, Kathy (Gerardo) Garcia, Dawn (Bob) Socha and the late Jason Reyes; proud grandfather of Rhett Kohl, Derek Kohl, Phoebe Kohl, Joseph Kohl, Tyler Hudmon, Mackinzie Hudmon, Joshua (Danielle) Lange, Nico Garcia, Charlie Polen, Melissa Socha and Kevin Socha; great-grandfather of Aria Lange, Charlie Polen and Evan Polen; dear brother of Sharon (Dennis) Lorenz and James (Marie) Kohl; fond uncle of Dennis (Denise) Lorenz, Jr, Jennifer (James) Christiansen, James Kohl Jr., Katharine (Jacob) VerMaaten and the late Richard Lorenz.
