Not sure what to say?

Linda and family we are so sorry for you loss. I hope you find comfort in knowing you were always there for him and the best care taker for a very long time.
Praying for peace, comfort and strength to you and the family.
Love, Kathy and Wayne

Very sad to hear of Dons passing. As editorial page editor at the FNP, I asked Don to join the newspapers stable of columnists after receiving a number of his letters to the editor. I knew from those letters that he had the makings of a fine columnist who would present a well-written, distinctive and persuasive point of view. He did not disappoint. Upon meeting him in person, I also learned that he was an extremely nice, erudite and congenial guy. My sincere condolences to Linda and other...

What can I say about Donald that probably hasn't already been said? He was one of the most endearing men that I have ever had the fortune to meet. He and Linda were always genuinely happy to see me when I had to pay them a visit to resolve an IT issue. Don always had a quick quip ready about one of the local Washington Sports teams and we enjoyed banter about the subject. I will miss those trips to Don and Linda's house, but I will forever cherish the time that I got to spend with them.

Our deepest sympathy to the family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you

Linda, I'm so sorry to learn of Don's passing. Being your co-worker for a few years, I recall many good conversations and stories of your and Don's adventures and your time away from Frederick together in Kansas City. You're in my thoughts and prayers.

I so enjoyed and treasured the opportunity to work with Don through the years. He was generous with his time and genuine in his interest to work with me and others at MRI.

So very sorry for your loss Karen, Linda and family. My memory of Donald was that of a brilliant, charismatic, larger than life, charming man with a hilarious sense of humor. I will always remember him that way. Rest in Peace Donald. My prayers are with you all.

So sorry for your loss, Linda.

Don was a good man. I'm sad to hear of his passing. In spite of his Harvard education and law degree, Don was never condescending and had that rare gift of making everyone he talked with feel that they were important. When he started at MRI I was a young struggling college student. I had several conversations with him in the halls at MRI that always meant a lot to me. He had a great sense of humor. I hope that his children and grandchildren carry on his wonderful legacy.
