Not sure what to say?

Don was a fantastic musician, teacher, and band leader. It was always a pleasure to play under his direction early in my career at South Suburban College and in the South Holland Municipal Band.

Karen, I did not hear of the visitation or funeral until too late. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Don was a great musician and a fine human being. He will be greatly missed. I have a lot of great memories of working with him in the symphony and in the big band. I hope to see you playing in the symphony in the fall.

I will miss Don. I played trumpet in the south suburban community jazz band for ~ 7 years. a finer woodwind player and human being I have not known.

Mr. Kramer was our first customer when we started our family small business. He was always so kind and friendly to us and our workers. We will remember him always. Our deepest sympathy. Julio,Sue,& crew/Green Garden Landscaping

It is such an honor for me to have played with such a fine musician. Don will be missed.

I have played in so many groups with Don over the past 30 years and will sadly miss his musical talent and his personal friendship

Don will be missed in the KVSO. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

My deepest sympathies.

Ron
