Not sure what to say?

Just wanted to take a moment and say that Don was a fellow online reviewer that became an online friend. We shared a similar taste in books, music, television and film- and in shared correspondence- a similar sense of just trying to be good men. He was a hell of a Raspberries/Eric Carmen fan (both inspirational to me in my musician days), and he was one of the nicest people I ever met (in word and content). I miss the occasional emails we fired back and forth and he's just one of those people...

To Don's family and friends, I am sincerely saddened to learn about Don's passing. My heartfelt prayers and thoughts are with you. Like many, I encountered Don on Epinions and he was someone who could be counted upon like a guiding light. I will definitely miss him.

I never met Don in person; like many of us who have signed this guestbook, I only knew him through our interactions at Epinions. He was, in my opinion, a first-rate writer as well as a first-rate gentleman. He definitely earned my respect and admiration, and I will miss his presence at Epinions.

Donald: I hardly knew ye!

Adios amigo, you will be missed.

I had met Don on Epinions, and I noticed he wasn't on the past week or so. This is such sad news, it brings me to tears. Don was the sole inspiration for me over there. I will miss him dearly. My throughts and prayers go out to the Krider family. God Bless.

I remember Don and I coming on here in 1999 and right away I wrote him a email telling him how much he looked like a young Glenn Campbell. We both got a good laugh out of it. Over the last 12 years in his short but direct to the point emails Don was very patriotic for Kentucky and for America. I will miss you very much my pen pal friend, you are in God's hands now and you will be remembered =)

I am saddened greatly by Don's passing. He became an online friend and fellow reviewer, and I valued his friendship. He was a person with truly a good soul: good spirited, good willed, guided by good intentions and a person who cared very deeply for his family and friends. I send my thoughts and prayers out to his family at this time and although I believe we carry on, he will be missed in this world. There aren't enough like him.

I am so sorry to hear of Don's death. I "met" him on Epinions and always found him to be such a classy and kind man. My thoughts and prayers are with the Krider family.
