Donald Harold "Don" Labs

I'm sad to hear of Don's passing. I interfaced with Don many years ago when he worked for the city of Hiawatha and I was on the VFD. Don was always a trusted source of information and a good friend. He took his job seriously and responsibly. It is my regret that I did not do a much better job of staying in touch. I am glad to see that he lived a full life. God rest.
