Donald George LeBrun

Concord, NH - Donald George LeBrun, 76, of Concord, NH passed away peacefully on Tuesday January 23, 2024 with his family by his side.

Donald was born on August 5, 1947, the eldest of 4 to the late George and Evelyn (Crevier) LeBrun in Concord, NH. After graduating from Bishop Brady High School in 1965, Don went on to earn a BA in Psychology at Assumption College in 1969, and a Master's Degree in counseling from Keene State College in 1988.

After graduation, Don served in the Army. Don then went on to have an extensive career in Education, including teaching, guidance director, Principal and one of his most treasured roles as Head Football Coach at Concord High school. Don later pursued a successful career in sales until retirement in 2011. Don was an avid sports fan, he enjoyed the Red Sox, Patriots, Assumption College, and Notre Dame. Most of all he enjoyed watching his precious grandchildren compete in sports and all their other activities.

Don's family meant more to him than anything else in the world. He was unendingly proud of his wife Christine of 50 years, and children Jeffrey and Jillian. Anyone who knew Don knew that he was the most loving father, husband, and Papa a family could ask for.

Don is survived by his wife Christine LeBrun of Concord, NH; son Jeffrey LeBrun & his wife Michelle of Derry, NH; daughter Jillian Broderick and husband Michael of Beverly, MA. Don leaves four grandchildren Devin & Ryan LeBrun, and Isabella & Carter Broderick; siblings Diane (LeBrun) Thompson & husband Joseph, Michele (LeBrun) Moller (husband Barry Moller deceased), and John LeBrun; many more nieces and nephews, family members, and dear friend Bob Smaha.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday February 5th at 10am at Christ the King Parish/St. John's 72 South Main St. Concord.

Not sure what to say?

Mrs. Lebrun: I just now learned that Mr. Lebrun passed away. He taught at Conant while I was there and the memories are atill so fresh. He and Mr. Hartnett were often in one another´s classrooms and what ever they were talking about made them laugh. A lot! They were so much fun together and full of joy. But the neatest thing (and I still brag) was when Mr. Lebrun had Phil Esposito on as a guest. I was so shy but it was Phil! I called, Mr. Lebrun recognized that it was me, and helped me to...

So sad to hear about your loss. Thinking of you Chris
