Not sure what to say?

Lynn,
What a shock to read of Don's passing... I cannot imagine what this feels like to you and the kids. Know that JD and I are holding you close in our hearts. Love you,
Laurie and JD Wegner

Family: Don visited Chesapeake only a few times but he left a lasting impression on all of us. He was the consumate professional and we learned something each time we were around him. He will be missed by everyone who came in contact with him. May you receive God's Grace to help you through this time.

Kelly and Family,
I was saddened to hear about your loss. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. May God Bless.

Lynn and family,
I was deeply saddened to hear of Don's passing. I know with all my heart that Don is singing with that Heavenly Choir today. I first met Don when we were young as he played in his rock band in Salisbury. I spent many times working with Don on Cursillo weekends and he was always an inspiration and blessing to all that he came in contact with. May God grant you His peace as you go through this difficult time.

Dear Leonard Family,
I feel truly blessed to have had the chance to know such a fine man as Captain Don. He set the bar very high for the rest of us in his compassion and love of family and friends. Please know that my thoughts are with all of you.

To the Leonard Family,

Don and I went to Catawba College together. We also played in the band "The Jokers Six and The Marlboros" I have many memories of Don and the good times we shared through our music and college days. I had lost touch with Don many years ago and am so saddened by the news of his death. I too have been touched by the ravenches of cancer as my wife is a survivor of breast cancer and a double mastectomy. I am sure that Don fought a gallent fight as he lived his...

For Billy and Sarah, I was sorry to hear of your father's death, Billy, but grateful for an opportunity to hear about his life from all of you. It sounds like Don left you an inheritance of integrity and love which will remain with you always. I hope you will find grace for your grief and encouragement for tomorrow. Let us know how you are.

Dear Leonard Family,

Alan, the Kids, and I would like to let you all know that you are in our thoughts and prayers at this time. I know how much "D-Daddy" means to you all and we fell blessed to have Billy, Sarah, and Caroline in our lives...not to mention having spent time with the whole family. Much love to you all.
