Not sure what to say?

Dear Susan, words just don' t seem enough at a time like this. Ed and j ju st found out last night that Don has passed away. So sorry for you and your children's loss.

Susan, oh my goodness gracious, he was a wonderful man, great husband & good dad to the 2 young "War Eagles." One day (or night) if you need hugs and waaaay too much chocolate, Beth's twin and this chatty sis can be at your home in record speed. Am told that DON's service was really nice..... so sorry to have missed. Ironically, that week my newspapers never arrived, due to paved road flooding our area. I LOVE YOU SUSAN and my heart hurts for yall.

Dearest Susan and Family: I was deeply shocked and saddened today to learn of Don's passing. Our hearts go out to each of you, as he left us far too soon. I will never forget Don's always "being there" as a Charter Member of our Board of Directors of our Boys & Girls Clubs of Perry-Taylor County--, the very first B&G Clubs in Florida's Big Bend, where he served for years as a most important and active member. While serving as president of that Board, I'd often pop into Don's office for his...

Susan, Katie, Jonathan I just found out of Don’s passing. I am so very sorry for your loss, Don was a fine man who I enjoyed working with from time to time during my recreation department years. When Don would come in the office, there would always be a kind greeting, an interesting and intelligent conversation, a sharp curiosity for a story he was sometimes after and definitely a laugh or two. I have always thought a lot of his generosity to the youth of this county and of his personality....

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

My sincere condolences Susan. May God's manifest presence be with you and yours during these hard days.
