Not sure what to say?

I remember many adventures with Don as he and I explored the wilderness of Rehoboth in our youth. A valued relative and great boyhood friend.

So sorry Don lost the battle. He was very courageous as was the rest of his family through his ordeal.

The fond mempries of Don and I growing up on Purchase Street in Rehoboth will never be forgotten."Donnie" was a wonderful brother to me and a fine man. Our cousins and his childhood buddy Billy C. were very saddened to hear of Don's passing. We all love you and will miss you deeply.
Rest in peace Don.
love, Jeannie and Don

Linda,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time,
Love,
Karen (Nyman) & Bill Daigle

Don was a great guy, I became aqainted with him while he was at Davenport School and my wife Ingrid was teaching there..he was remarkable..Rest in peace.

So sad for you, Linda, and your children. Our prayers are with you during this very difficult time. Louis snd Susan Alfield Mondor, Gunhild Alfield, Alan Alfield, Stephen and Mary Alfield

My two children attended Westhampton Elementary School when Don was principal. I also worked with him on school council. It was clear that Don had a passion and a love for children and the school. One thing I will never forget is how he made time for physical activity with the school children every week without fail. He put the children above any work or meetings. Personally I did not realize how much the kids meant to him until after his retirement when he came back for my sons...

I among many others are mourning the loss of a wonderful uncle and person. I have many great memories of our Christmas get togethers at Grammy's house and later at my mom and dad's house. My family always looked forward to that day even as recent as this past January when Uncle Don was loosing his battle to cancer.
He was loved by all and will be greatly missed!!
Peace be with him and Auntie Linda, Kristen and Brett.
love, Beth and family
