It seems like yesterday when we traveled to San Diego and UCSD with Anna only to meet this delightful man named Don who was also from Grand Rapids. I am so very sorry for the loss of your husband, father, and grandfather. You are all in my heart and prayers. Don's celebration of life was a great tribute to him. I admire the strength of each of his kids getting up and sharing memories of their Dad. What great stories!

Those of us who worked with and for Don mourn the loss of a wonderful friend and colleague. Over the past 45 years, we've shared both family and college/university joys and sorrows and celebrated milestones. The DCB First Friday Lunch Bunch will miss his smile, his laughter, and - especially, his love. We cherish his friendship and his loyalty.
