Not sure what to say?

I hope you had a great birthday, Dad. I would like to give you a present, that wasn't store-bought: love, light, and gratitude. I'm glad you taught me how to have standards and to fight for what you believe.

A favorite picture of Don

One month gone from us and it feels a lifetime.

Don's spirit is like the flame of the candle, but it will never burn out, and stay lit in are hearts forever.

It's been one month today that you left us. I can not believe that this is real it can't be, I wait for you to come through the door at any moment. I dream that you are coming home even.

If I allow myself to contemplate reality it is more than I can bear. I am not ready for reality ---my heart aches so; I am just broken. Today is a very difficult one, you are in my thought my heart and soul. Oh god how I miss you. Please forgive my selfishness I know you...

In the loss of your Father, our Friend, the hero. He was your Dad, our friend. He shaped who you are... gave you his love...taught you what he knew... You'll always honor him in the way you live your life and in your heart with your lasting memories.
I personally loved the greatest gift he gave my Dad. He was his soul mate, his brother, his best friend. I truly loved this bond between the the both of them. I valued the long term relationship they have. They are...

To the Martin family,

I hope that you and your family will find peace and comfort in knowing that his suffering is over and that his just rewards await him.

May God bless you and your wonderful family.

Karim

May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face;
the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again,
may God hold you in the palm of His hand.

I would like to send my deepest condolences to the Martin Family, I sorry that I was unable to make it but I was there in thought and heart. Don you were very much loved and will be sorely missed. I will always remember you as Daddy Don, thats what I called you when I was little, and that warm and gentle SMILE.
May you rest in Peace, I only have 1 request, that you give DOUG a big Hug from his little sister, and tell him I love and miss him too. We'll see you again someday. GOD BLESS...

So sorry to hear about Don's passing. I will miss his smile and not being able to tease him that his truck needs cleaning as I walk by his house.
