I work for many years with Donny at FDR Refrigeration. He was one of the best people that I have ever worked for he always took care of the men and made sure that our paychecks were always good at the end of the week. It was a small business that sometimes had cash flow short falls and he went as far as taking out loans on his home to make sure that our pay was there at the end of the week.
