Not sure what to say?

I'm sorry for the loss of your loved one. I hope 1Thessalonians 4:14 will help ease your pain and give you hope.

My deepest condolences upon the death of your dear father. I have fond memories of your dad and mom. Don was a lovely man with an easy smile and contagious laugh. I pray your memories will bring you great consolation. Hugs and blessings. Laura (Fleming) Willard

Don had an uplifting spirit, always cheerful and smiling. He was a joy to work with at John Carroll where he was a super volunteer, ready to work on any alumni endeavor. Don was around the Alumni Office so often that he became thought of as part of the staff. He took "serve thy neighbor" very seriously. May he rest in peace.

Sending love and prayers.

Molly, Michael, Jane and Chip, we are so sorry for the loss of your beloved father. I will always remember Don's wonderful smile and laugh (I can hear it now). And both of your parents' love and hospitality when I came from out of town for young Jack McDonald's untimely funeral. May God be with all of you. Mary (Fleming) and George Andrikidis

My heartfelt sympathy to the McDonald family. Don was such a delight to work with on various projects that we were involved in for the "Private Sector" at John Carroll.

During this difficult time you are in my thoughts and prayers.

It was a privilege to know Don and Grace and the entire family. I was inspired by how much they longed to receive the Eucharist, and remember many pleasant and joyful conversations about their family and their life stories. I will keep them and the McDonald Family in my prayers, and I believe -- no, I know -- that there was a happy reunion in heaven for Grace and Don.

Hi family wanted to send prayers your way. Your dad was the best man I ever took care of. All my love Maria the caregiver
