Not sure what to say?

David, this is Paul Ingram, son of Noda Ingram. I just now found out that Don passed away. I am so sorry. I saw him Thanksgiving week at the nursing home and am so glad I was able to see him one last time. He was good to my mother and I told him the day I was the there that I appreccieated and respected him for that. I know that when Noda passed away he had a hard time with it and talked about her everytime we spoke. I never want to loose my loving wife but know that after watching him,...

Mr. Menefee,
Sir, I didn't know you but I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served during the Korean War. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

God Bless all the loved ones whom have been honored to know such a fine man. Don was a good friend to my parents. A rock for my mother. Lord knows we four kids have given Mom a run for her money!

His humor and wisdom helped those around him keep life in perspective. He will be missed by this Hoosier for certain.

May we all be so fortunate to live our lives the way Don did.

XOXO

David,
I want you to know I did receive your message and will soon call you. Your dad and I shared 40 years of friendship. Memories of shared experiences are too numerous to list in this space. He was important not only to me but to my children - even now as adults. Please know our sorrow and sympathies run deep - all the way from Ohio. Please extend my greetings and condolences to your sisters and brother and uncle.

David, I am sorry you had such a hard time locating me. I am home (7am Tuesday) and preparing for your dad's memorial service.
