Donald Charles "Mic" Micka

I had the good fortune to meet and get to know Mic and Robin in the 1980's. He was a kind and thoughtful man. My prayers for Janet, Matt and family on their loss of such a great husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He will rest in peace.

What a Great "Unk". We will always miss his Christmas newsletter and card and "yes" all the Mardi Gras beads. I´m certain he must be smiling down from heaven as many of his birdhouses have recently been rehung and the birds are nesting in them. Such a loving memory. He left a wonderful legacy and we will miss him until we meet again

Mic was a loving and generous grandpa to Kieran, a caring, empathic human, and a prodigious correspondent. Mic practiced " reduce, reuse and recycle decades before that slogan was created. He created lots of quizzes and hand made games for Kieran throughout his childhood. I miss him, but know that he rests in peace, love and light. With love, Brenda
