Not sure what to say?

I will remember the enjoyable experience working with Don at the First Presbyterian Church of Bethlehem Board of Trustees buying a church van . He was always a pleasure to work with and we had some good laughs and camaraderie over the years . Keep laughing my friend!

Don was a wonderful friend and associate at Bethlehem Steel. I first met Don when he worked at Lackawanna and continued his career in Bethlehem. We made many business trips together including several trips to Japan. He was an outstanding Metallurgical Engineer with a great sense of humor and a fabulous smile and laugh. I am proud to have known him throughout the years as someone you count on to do the right thing no matter the circumstances. Rest In Peace Don. Your family can take great...

Also a Metallurgical Engineer at Bethlehem Steel I learned a great deal from and enjoyed the company of Don. His wisdom and positive outlook was welcomed and a substantial contribution to the steel industry in his time. Don's family can be rightly proud of his professionalism and contributions to the steel industry and it's customers.

Don was a dear friend and helpful associate. I worked at Sparrows Point and Don´s insight was extremely valuable. He always wanted to help with any technical issues and offered words of wisdom. I am so thankful that I was able to know such a wonderful person. My prayers go out to all of Don´s family and friends. Blessings to all, John Eckstein

My thoughts are with Don´s family. I knew Don at Bethlehem Steel. We were friends. He always wore a smile, even when he had to work with the "younger guys" in accounting. :) There are ppl you remember in life who shine a bright light. For me, that was him! His light still shines.

My prayers are with Don´s family in their loss. Don worked with me at the Lackawanna plant for many years. He was an excellent metallurgical engineer.

Dear Jeannine and Sharon and families, I am so incredibly sorry to hear of Don's passing. He and your Mom were wonderful neighbors for many years. They were the epitome of a beautiful marriage. His joy were you both and your beautiful children. Please find happiness in the fact that he and Shirley are together now and watching their grandchildren continue to grow. Angels don't get much better than your mom and dad. Prayers for all of you, Patti Christof
