Not sure what to say?

You will be missed forever and always but will live on in my heart and memories. I was blessed to be raised by such a loving soul. I love you Daddy. Rest easy

I was blessed to meet Don and Lisa after I moved to St Petersburg with Cory in 1998. We had several personal moments, and I remember how warm in heart he was towards me. His smile was infectious. His disposition reminded me of a special book I had read years earlier written by a Trappist Monk."There Are Men Too Gentle to Live Among Wolves". Don radiated a 'kindness' that I will always remember him by. May his transition continue to be peaceful. J. Lynn Leidersdorff

Will miss you my brother, comfort in knowing you are at peace

Don was a fine person, a fine musician, great drum major for the LHS band, where his father was director, and quite talented in many areas. He won a state superior in state HS competition, playing "Bugler's Holiday". (I was the accompanist so heard him firsthand.) He was always very friendly towards everyone.

Don and I were dear friends for many years and our families spent time together with lasting joy. He sang in the choir I directed at First Presbyterian Church in St. Petersburg for many years. We also enjoyed our love of photography and Don was a loyal customer of the camera store I owned. He will be missed.

Don, your absence leaves a void that will be deeply felt in the photography industry. Thank you for generously sharing your wealth of knowledge and expertise with me and our fellow photographers. Your unwavering dedication to this art has been an inspiration to us all. Your legacy will continue to shine brightly through the work we create. Sending prayers and heartfelt wishes for God's peace to your family during this difficult time.

We met Don and Lisa through BPW. Always a pleasure to see them both. Had very memorable and fun times together. Wonderful photography and people. My love to Lisa, and all of there family and friends.
