Not sure what to say?

Sometime in the midst of this lonely and dreary day
I close my eyes and pray.
Uncertain and afraid, I pray for my hero.
The man I first truly loved.
He is a brave soul, battling for his life, with an illness; so cruel.
Never letting down his guard, he fights with every possible strength he has.
Though this illness has taken his physical strength, it has not taken his mental determination.
He is a man of great dignity and pride.
He has always been there for me whenever...

Dear Ellen and family,
I am so sorry to hear about your dad. I know that your dad fought a courageous fight. It takes an impressive man and family to fight this illness. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this very difficult time. Please know that i am thinking of you every day. Love ya Christine

Dad,
You will be sorely missed by Mom, your children, grandchildren, family, friends, and anybody else who was priviledged enough to meet you. You were truly a kind and gentle man, loving husband, and an absolutely wonderful father and grandfather- A TRUE FRIEND! Your infectious smile and terrific personality would make anyone feel important and welcome. Dad, you had such a way about you, proud and humble right to the end. You fought a brave battle against an awful unfair disease...

Dear Frances,Ellen and family,
I was saddened to hear of Don's death. My sister and I were so happy we got to spend a wonderful afternoon with you and Don last June. We shall always treasure the memories and the great love he had for his family. Much love, Cousin Angie and family.

Larry, Dawn and boys,
Larry, so sorry to hear of the loss of your father. As you know, I lost my dad to ALS as well and have always had your father in my thoughts and prayers for that reason. Dawn, I know how much you loved your father-in-law and I know how much you were dreading this loss. I was pleased to have met Mr. Palmer and was able to give him my heartfelt hug. Please know that I am thinking of you and your family during this difficult time and know with the support of friends...

We were so sorry to hear of your loss. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help at this time. My husband always said to me "Mr. Palmer is a good man, he is one of the best" and every time I saw Mr. Palmer he would say to me "Jackie that Stephen is a good man" We will miss him terribly.
He was a great person, with sympathy to you all.
