As a former partner of Don's in Pasadena. I am sorry to read of his passing. My memories of him are vast and pleasant. He was a mentor to me as I joined the practice at ^@$ ^ in Pasadena. I will always have fond memories of him. And of the years that he was one of my instructors at the USC medical school and as a partner in the practice of Internal Medicine.

The New England Air Museum, home of the 58th Bomb Wing Memorial, sends along its sincere condolences to this true American hero. Many of the men in the 40th Bomb Group benefited from Dr. Petit's fine care.
