Not sure what to say?

So sorry to learn of Duck's passing. We served together in the Navy, working in Security in Bermuda from 1989-1992. God rest his soul.

Words fail me right now. We lost a good one and someone that will not be forgotten. Donald was an incredible person and a genuine soul. He helped me countless times with repairs on my house and I could always depend on him to be honest, diligent, and capable. He was the true measure of a man and someone I simply will not forget. Thank you for your years of service to our nation Sir, thank you for living a full and honorable life, but most of all, thank you for your friendship. Godspeed to you...

May the God of comfort give you peace at such a difficult time.I met duck in Scotland and it always impressed me how well he interacted with everyone, he new no stranger & he always said it how it was,a genuine guy! A life cut short to soon!

We are so sorry for your loss. Doug was a great friend who will be sorely missed. His infectious smile, incredible loyalty and tremendous love of his family will be the traits I will remember forever. I served with him on USS Theodore Roosevelt from 96-98, and maintained contact throughout the years admiring him for his work ethic, and pride in a job well done. Fair winds and following seas shipmate, you will remain in our hearts and prayers.

Love this man, always there to help someone...His smile would light up room...Going to Miss him...prayers for family...

So saddened to learn of Donald's passing. He was a dear friend, always willing to lend a helping hand. Donald was someone I could count on for any home improvement or repair at my home in Spring Oaks. His kindness and his get up and go work ethic touched my life......I will miss our Donald.

We are so sorry to have heard of Duck's passing, a great loss for your family and the community. I was stationed on the USS Hunley with him in Scotland and he was my Best Man at our wedding and visited us at times in Dallas later on. Reflecting on that Duck was every Guys Best Man because that was Duck, he was always there for you when you needed him! He could make a friend out of any stranger, what a guy. My wife's family in Scotland have been calling today to send their love and prayers...

We had some good times you will be greatly missed .
