Not sure what to say?

On behalf of all Crawford family members I express my sadness on hearing of Don´s passing. The Crawford-Phillips connection started at Holy Name and continued through the years. Don and my brother in law, Dick. Bill and my husband Dave. I never tired of hearing the Forest Park stories. To know one brother was to know them all. With love, Peg Crawford

A heartfelt thank you for your service to our country. Rest in peace.

Don was my first supervisor and mentor at Aetna in 1971. Coincidentally, we met up for coffee breaks in the evening at Western New England College where he was in law school and I was in an undergraduate program. We shared tales of being in the Army reserves, where he served as a company commander, good times at the Cape and legal issues involving our chosen profession in insurance claims. Truly a kind gentleman I had the good fortune to know and work for. My condolences to Don´s family.

To Don´s Family;: Sorry to learn of Don´s passing. His brother, Jack, was a great friend of mine, and I met Don plenty of times. He was a bright, intelligent, guy with a great sense of humor, and went on to a productive career. I trust the memories will sustain you during these difficult times. Sincerely, Bill Fitzgerald.

Don was a very significant person in my life. He hired me as a staff counsel when he lead the Springfield legal office for his beloved Aetna. We had some good times, working with a great company and with even great people around us. I learned a great deal about trial work with Don. He was a calming and understanding person with great insights. Things changed when the Travelers took over, and we parted ways. Don was a straight up person, honest, fair and sincere. Good people like him are...

Don was the best. My deepest sympathies to his family. Neil Phillips.
