Donald William Ploski, 68, of Pine Street, Attleboro, a retired
attorney, died Friday, March 26, 2004 at home.
Born in Waterbury, Connecticut on January 25, 1936, Mr. Ploski was a son of Mary (Oldakowski) Ploski of Dallas, Texas and the late William J. Ploski.
Mr. Ploski received a bachelor of arts in English Literature from Fordham University in New York City, New York. Mr. Ploski was also a graduate of the University of West Los Angeles School of Law.
Mr. Ploski was a self-employed attorney in Los Angeles for over twenty-five years, specializing in Workers Compensation Law, retiring nine years ago. A resident of Attleboro the past five years, Mr. Ploski enjoyed reading, visiting the Attleboro Public Library, skin diving and hunting.
In addition to his mother, Mr. Ploski is survived by four daughters:
Wendy Cotta of Providence, Janet Needham of Los Angeles, CA, Lily Espinoza of San Francisco, CA and Cindy Espinoza of New York City, NY; a son: Lawrence A. Ploski in Japan; a brother: William Ploski of Middlebury, CT; two sisters: Marlene Lingle of Dallas, TX and Mary Seamon of Spartanburg, South Carolina; and two grandchildren: Mia Isabella Cotta and Justice Francisco Singh.
At the request of the family, visiting hours are respectively omitted and all funeral services are private.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Duffy-Poule Funeral Home, 20 Peck Street, Attleboro, Massachusetts.
