Donald L. Plutt, 62, passed away Feb 8, 2010. Beloved husband of Char; father of Don (Katy) Plutt and Kerrie (Rocky) Keck; super grandpa to Jordyn, John, Chloe, Andrew and Brock. Also survived by his brothers, Vic (Charlotte) and Bob (Virginia) and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, Vic and Edith Plutt and nephew, Gregory John Plutt. Don served in the US Air Force and worked for the Union Pacific Railroad for 32 years. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and liked nothing more than spending time with his family. A special thank you to Dr. Frank Settipani for his care, concern, humor and compassion and the staff at Parkview Hospital for their care of our loved one. At his request, there will be no viewing. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, February 13, 2010, in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel with Pastor Mike Oldham officiating. Military honors by the Pueblo Veterans’ Ritual team will follow the service.
