I worked as a Legal Secretary at Kelley, McCann & Livingstone when Mr. Powers was our Managing Partner. I remember him as a kind, friendly man. One year, he walked around the office and took pictures of everyone. He later provided each of us with a bound book that he created with the pictures. What a thoughtful gesture! I missed him when he left the firm to start his own practice in Berea. Rest in peace Mr. Powers. My condolences to the family.
