Not sure what to say?

I just sent pics of Aunt Flo and Uncle Don's wedding to my cousins. I miss him and Aunt Flo and now Sandy every day.

To this day, I still think of Uncle Don frequently and smile at the lifetime of memories he gave all of us.

Dear Elaine, John, & Family
I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your Dad. Take comfort in having him almost 80 years in this life, and the memories from the stories of the many people whose life he touched. You should be very proud of him.

Dear Grandma Quinlan,
We will miss Grandpa Quinlan very much. We loved it when he would turn on the bubbles for us in the Jacuzzi in Florida. We know that he is in heaven with Jesus.

Dear Flo and Family, I just learned today about Don's passing. I am very sad that I could not be there in person to convey my condolences. Don was a very special man; a mentor to me, a great family man, and a man who cared for all of his colleagues and family. Our heartfelt sympathy to you and your family. Bob and Virginia Grant

Dear Mrs. Quinlan and Family,

I just heard of Don's death and I wanted to say I'm sorry. Because our last name is the same we always kidded about being related. He would refer to me as "Dad" and I called him "Uncle Don" like Bob Hope and Bing Crosby.

He was a great leader and a respected pillar of WNY...and a nice guy.

I will remember him and you all at Masses throughout the rest of Lent.

Dear Flo and Family, I've read all the messages thus far and can only say this is the Don I also knew. Don was the Marketing Manager when I worked for him. After leaving GC to become an "Air Force wife," on one of my visits back to Buffalo he took me out to lunch. As we headed out to the parking lot I noticed the executive garage door go up; not until then did he 'admit' to being the CEO. How typically humble of him. After a 40+ year career, I still consider him the best boss I ever had....
