Not sure what to say?

Dr. Donald Rapp will remain a legend in the teacher education programs at Fitchburg State University! The current teacher preparation community and our alumni extend our deepest sympathy to the family. He touched the hearts and minds of many a teacher!

Dr. Rapp has a place in my heart. He was one of my professors at Fitchburg State. I had no idea he lived so close to my brother and actually not that far from me. He was such an inspiring person. It didn't matter when you would see him, he would always greet you with a smile and a hello, often accompanied by your name. It's been many years since I had him for a professor, but he left a lot of great memories and a positive impression on me.

To the Rapp family,
I am very sorry to hear of Dr. Rapp's passing. I was a special education major as well as Dr. Rapp's work study student at FSC back in the 80s. He was a very kind man. May your memories bring you comfort.

Audrey, we are so sorry for your loss. Don was a ray of sunshine; it was a pleasure getting to know him. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

My thoughts are with the family of Dr. Rapp. He was my professor at Fithburg State. One semester it was my pleasure to walk with him from the elementary school to the main campus everyday after class. He was so inspiring and I've never forgotten him. Little did I know he lived next door in Brookfield. Please know I'm sure I'm not the only one who has great memories and he left a lasting impression on all of us.
