I am so sorry and stunned to read about Don's passing. I just got to the paper tonight.
I enjoyed being a secretary under Don at Picker in the Service Division until I left in 1999. He was such a hard worker and an excellent boss - the best! - one with a sense of humor, as we all know, and a true gentleman who respected me and appreciated my work. Whenever I asked him if I could do something, he would say, "You're empowered!"; soon enough I did...

Linda and Family, I am so saddened to hear this news. Don was a great friend during my time in Cleveland. He helped me tremendously and worked tirelessly for Picker. Please accept my deepest condolences.

My sympathy and prayers are offered to God for your loss. Mr Rossi was a great neighbor to us, the Polly family next door.
