To the family of Don Rumpler , It is with great sorrow that today I learned of Dons passing .You all have my sympathy ,he was a wonderful man! I was a member of Troup 330 when Don took over . He made scouting fun , he was just like one of the boys .I learned a lot being around him . I became an Eagle Scout and Don presented me the award !Looking back , I was blessed to have known him and learned from his leadership !! Thank you Don .

My name is Kristine Koba, I served as caregiver to my parents, Richard and Janis Koba, who lived around the corner from Don and Celine on 7th Street. My folks were both proud members of the class of 1942B and St. Mary's parish. They would see Don and Celine at the Tues./Thurs. exercise class at the Hospital. I am very sorry for your loss.
