Not sure what to say?

So sorry for your loss my deepest condolences to Donald Rumsfeld family may he rest in peace in heaven God bless you may he give you the strength to get through this heartbreaking time

An Inspired and Inspirational Man; During our Connecticut College Lacrosse Days, four decades ago, (the first three men's teams in the school's history) fellow co-captain and my line-mate for all three years, Beaver Morrin, in the heat of battle, would call out a code word for the team to "toughen up" and "eat dirt" and that code name was Rumsfeld. He meant something to us: here is a real American. Thank God. Condolences to classmate Valerie. An inspirational man. 9/11/21

Mr. Rumsfeld is one of my greatest heroes. The Rumsfeld Way was one of my favorite books growing up. His compass towards good, ridiculous work ethic, discipline, and wit. Nothing is perfect and he navigated those waters perfectly and with confidence. A legend, and I love that I had the opportunity to watch and learn from his life. I miss him and my condolences to his family and friends. What a great man.

I was one of the Special Agents with Army CID who provided security for Secretary Rumsfeld and traveled the World and stateside missions with him. It was an honor to have known Secretary Rumsfeld and his wonderful family.
Rest In Peace Mr. Secretary you served your country in the highest of tradition.

May your memory be a blessing . You are missed !

Thank you for your service!

Don was a statesman in the highest regard. May Mrs. Rumsfeld and the Rumsfeld Family find comfort in their many memories. Our country is stronger because of Don's service; may we all learn from the legacy he left behind.

Sorry for your loss

Rest Easy Mr Rumsfeld, you are one of the best ever to have guided our way.
