Not sure what to say?

I knew Mr.Sark as the father of my best childhood friend David Sark, David my prayers go out to you and your family ,that you find peace with your fathers passing . Life as I see it , was good to your father and your father was Good for Us! Bless You Mr. Donald (Pete)Sark and Family. sincerely James K. Smith

Sad to say, I never knew Pete Sark. I heard about him a lot & I knew he was in radio like my father was. I went to school with his son, Mike.

All this to say to Mike, my condolences, and I hope you do well after the hardship of this event is over. You were always a stand up guy and you wouldn't have been unless you learned it from a guy like your father.

God Bless you & your family.

-Steve McComb

I'll miss you, Pete. You were an inspiration to all of us whose lives you touched.

Although death is inevitable, I'm extremely sad to hear of Pete's passing, as I'll never have a change to thank him for all he did for me.
I, too, got my start in broadcasting thanks to Pete Sark. As a senior at Davison High in 1982-1983, Pete took me under his wing through the Flint area Co-Op program and allowed me to phone in reports from high school basketball games as well as Generals hockey games.
I was basically an unpaid intern, but I didn't care...I was doing what I...

Pete and the Sark family, we are so thankful for the time that we at Genesys Convalescent center got to spend with you, we all learned alot from you and lost some quarters along the way during the football season. You will be missed but I know we'll meet again someday but for now god has bigger things in mind for you then what you had here. Pete we love you and good bye for now.

Pete Sark loved life. He loved sports and he loved people...and people loved Pete..including me. I worked with "The Big Man" at WFDF and later at WTAC. What a terrific man who ALWAYS had a smile and a kind word. I'll be visiting Michigan in 2 weeks and I wanted to visit Pete. I'm crushed that I won't have that final opportunity to see the man I considered my 2nd father. My sincere condolences to the Sark family. The sports world has lost a tremendous man, and I have lost a very loved and...

Pete was like a second father to me. He gave me the opportunity to cover the Flint Generals, Detroit Red Wings, and Michigan State Football. Words cannot express how much he and his wonderful family have helped me to feel like family. Eventually I will meet him in heaven. When? "Well, we'll just have to wait and see" as Pete often said in his sportscasts. My condolences to the family for one of the most honored broadcasters in America.
