I remember Don from our family visits to Fort Morgan, his move to Portland, and the Forest Grove years. I always considered him my cousin since his mother was raised by my grandparents in Russia and the here. The Schauermann family, especially the boys, were always heroes to me. I remember the twins 80th in Fort Morgan where I was able to see them and relive all days.
