Carla & Jeff, I only met your dad once, but it was enough to know that he was a kind, humorous, caring man. My deepest regrets go out to you.

Don was a special person who knew how to make others smile. I had the priveledge to accompany Don at Trinity Church only a few times during the past few years as he sang his "old time hymn favorites;" however every song was a blessing and his heart and soul went into every word. Carla and Jeff, I will always remember your Dad's smile. It always made me feel welcome and appreciated. He was the definition of kindness and generosity. I never knew anyone that modeled the forgotten art of chivalry more than your father. Anyone who came in contact with him could not help but feel the genuine appreciation and respect he conveyed for life, love of family and friends and an openness to strangers that made them feel at ease. I know he will be missed by many but by none...
