Kyle and Krista...
I am deeply saddened by the news of Don's passing.
I served under Don's administration as a school board member for several years at Bradford. His kindness and concern for the students and faculty was a constant. It was a pleasure to work with him in this capacity.
He was a good friend. He visited me at my dad's passing...I never forgot his compassion.
God bless you in your grief.

Mr. Sheer was one of the very best people in this world. His kindness to me was instrumental in my survival at Wayne High School. He made one feel like a million dollars whenever he spoke some little words of wisdom. Mr. Sheer wasn't just liked. He was respected and adored by everyone. His constant words of encouragement were invaluable to a kid like me who needed love and guidance while growing up fatherless. In a world of takers, Don Sheer was a server. Condolences to his family.

Most sorry to hear of the loss of one of my former students from Chaminade HS , a fellow school administrator, and friend.I admired Don for his kindness, humor , and commitment to the betterment of young people.
It was not until he became an administrator with the Montgomery County Schools and I was an administrator in the Mad River Schools that our paths cross once again. How pleasant it was to discover he had retained his sense of humor , kindness , and desire to serve.
It was my pleasure...
