Not sure what to say?

Mr sheer was a wonderful last principal at Wayne high school.. always encouraging me. Always at a smile and greeted me in hawke hall every morning.... RIP Mr sheer you will never be forgotten

He was the best! I think of him often.

Don was an intelligent man who used his abilities to help hundreds of people. I respected him, and was always happy to see him and have our little conversations. My condolences, Gary Sargent, Bradford

I enjoyed our visits at the Legacy restaurant during COVID in Dayton. Don also sat behind me in school. RIP Don.

Kyle and Krista... I am deeply saddened by the news of Don's passing. I served under Don's administration as a school board member for several years at Bradford. His kindness and concern for the students and faculty was a constant. It was a pleasure to work with him in this capacity. He was a good friend. He visited me at my dad's passing...I never forgot his compassion. God bless you in your grief. Douglas Suerdieck

Don was my next door neighbor. He was so very kind and I am so fortunate to have met him. I will miss all our conversations and Christmas decorating competition. Rest in peace Don.

His constant words of encouragement were invaluable to a kid like me who needed love and guidance while growing up fatherless. In a world of takers, Don Sheer was a server. Condolences to his family.

Don was a neighbor and childhood friend sorry to hear about his passing. My sincere condolences to his family

It was not until he became an administrator with the Montgomery County Schools and I was an administrator in the Mad River Schools that our paths cross once again. How pleasant it was to discover he had retained his sense of humor , kindness , and desire to serve. It was my pleasure...
