Not sure what to say?

Gary and Diana and Family,

We feel so fortunate to have known your dad. He was a wonderful neighbor, friend. The world would be a better place if more men lived as Mr. Sims did. We pray for peace and comfort for all of you. God Bless!

Although many years ago, it seems like yesterday that Don's gift of charity helped make my family's burden a little easier. To give and expect nothing in return is the greatest gift of all. Godspeed Don Sims-- Larry Harville

We are so sorry to hear of your father's passing. He was a very special person and I am thankful that I got to know him.

Larry, Gary and Connie...Thanks for sharing your most wonderful dad with me for the past 14 plus years. He was truly one of a kind and set a beautiful example of a Christian dad. He left you a lot to remember and live up to but mostly I think he would want you to remember how he believed in and loved his Jesus. I know how much he loved his family and always wanted to please you. I know you have so many memories and will keep him in your heart. God Bless YOu all. Vi

Jordan, our very special friend and aide. Thank you for being so faithful, kind and efficient. Thanks most for loving Don. He knew you cared and please know you are so very much appreciated by all of us. God Bless you.

Vicki, Angie, Doug and families...Only those who kept close to us during these difficult years know you and how much you love both of us. Thank you for your constant daily love and support, assistance, dependability, patience and love, for cancelling your plans, babysitting, housesitting. Thanks for not giving up when it could have been easier to do. Proud of you, love you all.

Dear Larry, Connie, Gary and Vi,
Marion has lost a great leader and community-minded person, and he was a great example of what a person can accomplish with hard work and preservance. God's grace be with you in the days and weeks ahead.

Gary and Joanie
