Don's wife, Harriett was my father's (Josey Welsh) cousin. We always enjoyed seeing Don at our family reunions at the Josey Plantation. He always had an interesting story to tell. Our sincere sympathy to you at this time of loss.

I first met Don when I joined the Military Order of the Purple Heart in 2013. He was an excellent speaker for any occasion and I enjoyed listening to his stories. My prayers to the family for their loss.
