My prayers and sympathy to Donald's family.

I first met Don in about 1983 when Pierre Brown(R.I.P. BEST FRIEND FOR LIFE); introduced me to all the guys at Haskins Barber shop. Don always had a kind word(and an even better joke). I saw Don on the morning of November 4th, 2008 at Dizzy Whiz. He immediately greeted me with that infectious smile and a kind word of praise. He told me it was good to see me and that he was proud of the accomplishments that I have made. Although our last encounter was brief he again made a lasting impact....

Uncle Don, we're going to miss you and your laugh.
Love, Deanna

Our prayers are with Don's family and friends. God bless.

So sorry to hear about Don's passing. He was the coolest barber around from the old school days. He cut my hair for many years and I will always remember how we laughed & talked in the shop with Milton & Cecil. Big Don (R.I.P) & Julius joined the crew years later and it was even better. Don use to keep them Stacey Adams too clean! You will be missed my brother, but you can rest easy now in the arms of our Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ. To God be the glory! See ya when I get there Don!

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Don you will truly be missed but always remembered. Thanks for always being there for my sons. My prayers are with the family during your time of sorrow.
