Not sure what to say?

I think often of my friend and doctor, keeping his soul alive,

Carol, we still remember

Dr. Spigner will always be fondly remembered. He was our family physician and took care of my grandmother so graciously during her latter years dealing with alzheimiers. He was a very special addition to the African American community of Harrisburg. Continued prayers of peace and comfort are sent to his family.

Forever in our hearts.

Carol, we remember and hold you closely.

I think of my friend and doctor often. An African friend of mine said of his native religion, that they believed that as long as someone thought of you your soul lived on. If that is the case be assured that Dr. Spigner's soul will live as long as I am living.

So sorry for your loss, Carol. Donald surely blessed our lives and will be missed. My Glen thought the world of him.... God's peace. Sandra DesRosiers

To Nicole & Family, I am truly sorry to hear of the loss of your dad. I only have childhood memories of your dad, but I remember him being such a nice man. He always welcomed me whenever I came to hangout with you. I know this time is really difficult but may the fun & loving memories of your dad get you all through this difficult time. May you all draw comfort from each other & from God's promise of eternal life. I know he will be dearly missed & you have my deepest sympathies.

So sad to hear of the loss of my long time Doctor & Friend. May You Rest Well In Paradise Dear One. Prayers of Comfort going up for his family & all who love him.
