Not sure what to say?

I was a football manager at ND in the mid '90s, and am very to hear about Don's passing. He took many photos of Coach Holtz and other players where I managed to sneak (unknowingly, of course) into the background! He also took one of me running onto the field on Senior Day which still hangs in my home. My deepest condolences to his family, and please know that he was cherished by many in the Notre Dame Football Family.

Mike, Sue, Laura, and family..so sorry to hear of Dad's passing. He was one of the most generous men I have ever met. There are so many businesses prospering today because your Dad helped them when he was at the bank. Many of these companies were told no by other bankers but your Dad had a real gift, and extended credit to so many which made THE difference for their business and family. Sorry that I will be out of town Sunday and will miss sharing memories with you. My very best.

To all of the Don Stacy family, the McCabe's who lived across from Don
and his family in the Village....send their sincere condolences. Don was always a gentlemen and a true friend to our family. Don played a large part in our lives and he will never be forgotten. A class act he was.

Dear Laura, Rick and Evelyn,
You are in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
God Bless, The Pelok Family xoxo

Don Stacy, Mr Stacy to me when I was a kid growing up across the street. My brother just showed me this obituary and the memories are flooding in. There are many, and thinking back, I can only smile at what a great friend I had. Those were special times for me and he was one of the reasons why. He was one of the good souls that make life worth living.

Mike and Sue...sorry to hear the news. Your father was an amazing man. Loved him dearly (PB- Paul Baby)

To me, he will always be Mr. Stacy. Outside of of my own family, he was always my greatest supporter, filling me with confidence and enthusiasm for life. And he left behind a treasure trove of photographs that will always serve as memories - golden memories to match the golden dome of his beloved Fighting Irish. Thank you, Mr. Stacy. Your son and daughter turned out pretty amazing, too.

Laura you are in our hearts and prayers! So sorry for your loss.

Mike and Sue,
Your Dad will be missed. Our thoughts are with you.
