Not sure what to say?

I am a railroader and worked with Donnie when I was with C&S and always thought he was a very nice man to work with. I am sorry for his passing.

Shirley, Hope you remember me. My son is Phillip Stern and I only know you through the yard sales with Danielle. I only met Donald a couple of times (at the yard sales), but he seemed like a very nice man. I am so sorry for your loss. Veda & Dennis Reider

THIS LITTLE NOTE IS IN MEMORY OF A MOST UNIQUE MAN. SOMEONE WHO COULD PULL THE ANCHOR, CATCH THE MOST FISH , HAVE THE MOST TURKEY TAILS, SHOOT A BEAR AND ELK AND SAVE THE TEETH TO GIVE AS A GIFT TO A FRIEND AND THEN COME HOME CLEAN UP AND BECOME A FIRST CLASS GENTLEMAN. THEN HE COULD BEAT YOUR AT HORSE AND PEPPER THAT NIGHT ! HE AND SHIRLEY MADE FANTASTIC TRAVELING COMPANIONS. HE WILL BE MISSED BY ALL WHO KNEW AND LOVED HIM.

Please accept my deepest sympathies.

Shirley,
I don't know if you will remember me or not. My sister and I used to walk over and visit with you and Don when you lived at J & A. I always remember how sweet you both were to two nosy kids! Don used to always wave at us with his pinky! We couldn't have had nicer neighbors and I have fond memories of you both. My heart goes out to you at this very difficult time.

Dear Shirley:

I called him to remind him of our forthcoming breakfast on January 15th. he explained to me that he would not be there as a result of his physical condition.I told him I understood and shared that information with 15 of his old buddies that attended that breakfast. At the same time I asked him if he was up to having visitors and he responded...."oh my, yes". I told him I...

Shirley,
I will always remember Don from J&A trailer park. He made the best Root Beer floats. I still have my turkey tail too. Please find comfort in knowing that he is now your angel in Heaven, much like he was an angel on earth. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Bonnie and Scott - am so sorry to read of your Dad's passing. Think of you and your families often and will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Am sure you will have lots of good memories to help you through the days ahead.

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.
