Donald T. Strout

Don was a kind and caring man. Even during our visit in October 2006, he was joking and smiling. I’m a New York native and especially enjoyed his sense of humor with the East Coast attitude. A perceptive person, Donald was always interested in other people and helping with their problems. There was a world of wisdom in his years and he was wise enough to recognize his luck in finding Marta. We will always remember our times together.

Happy Birthday Don! I'm sure you had lots of ice cream. You were always such a dear friend to Gary & me. We will always remember and treasure the good times we had with you and Marta.

I remember Donald as my patient at Desert Life Rehab. He was a wonderful story teller and jokester. He could make anyone laugh. The love that he and Marta had for each other was something that you would aspire to have in your life. I can't believe that it has been a year since his passing. He was wonderful man and anyone who knew him will greatly miss him.

Glad to see that you are remembering your loved one with such reverance. He does look like he was a nice guy. Your tribute was just lovely.
