Not sure what to say?

When I read of the death of Dr. Sullivan in the Appeal Democrat a rush of great sadness came over me. He represented an era of medicine that will never be duplicated again. He was a gentleman, had great dignity and compassion when caring for his patients and family alike. He served in the United States Military, community involvement, and displayed great fervor as a patient advocate. He made daily housecalls and hospital rounds at all hours, making sure everything was progressing as he...

When the Diocese of Sacramento recommended us to you, prayers were answered. You took a diabetic teen and made a huge difference, without regard to our loss of insurance. You and Laurie were phenomenal! Courageous and faith filled, wise and kind, you left a mark. Condolences and prayers to your family. God Bless You and rest in peace.

One great country doc who taught me so much about medicine and life. I have not seen him in years but I have always revered him for his virtues and his sage advice. Whenever I would talk to Sally Payne (like Doc, another one of life's human treasures) she always kept me in the know about how Dr. Sullivan was doing. My most sincere condolences to his family and the entire community at this sad time.

He was a lovely and talented man who was fully devoted to his patients and he will be deeply missed. It was an honor to have known him.
