Not sure what to say?

Holly, Wendy and all the Swanson Families--our deepest sympathies. Enjoy all those beautiful memories you made. Charlie and Linda Descheneaux

To the Family of Don Swanson Don was my supervisor at Electric Boat, department 502 for many years. A fine man with great integrity and a tremendous knowledge in his field. We used to joke about the "infamous" one hour drafting job, which was seldom attained. I was fortunate enough to be a part of his group, where I learned a vast amount of knowledge in the support of the shipyard. Thank you for your service to our country and Rest In Peace my friend.

Don and Laurie- So sorry for your loss. What a great man your dad was- our veterans from that era truly special people. My dad was born in '26 also but attended Buckley high. May God bless you and your family. Bill & Lynn Slocum

Don, Laurie, Eric & Ellie - Our deepest condolences on the passing of Poppy. We always enjoyed his company at family events - he will be remembered forever.

I worked with Don for many years at Electric Boat and found him to be a true professional and a pleasure to work with. He will be missed by all who knew him. Bill Pedace

My deepest sympathy to the Swanson family. Your dad had a long and happy life with all of you. Hang on to those beautifully memories .

Many, many happy memories of a great person I had the privilege to know. We are all going to miss him and his love of food and his ability to build or fix anything!

Good Morning Dad: As your oldest daughter of six children - whom I love very much - I want to thank you Dad & Mom - from the bottom of my heart - for all the beautiful lessons over my life that you both taught me re defining what it means to earn "A Life Well Lived". Hey Dad, you will be happy to know that I was up at 5:00 AM this morning listening to Christmas Music and getting an early start to my day as you always taught me to do. "Rise & Shine" is alive & well daily in Mount...
