Don was a very close friend who I confided in many times. We worked well together to make our hometowns safer than the towns that surrounded us. We loved to play golf and did so frequently. I knew Chief Tisch when I was a young man and as I grew older I was fortunate to develop a friendship with Don. He was a caring person and always a gentleman, I´ll always remember his big smile. God bless the Tisch family at this difficult time.
